Submission Policy Acknowledgement
All submissions must be sent two weeks (or 14 days) before the event is scheduled. When your request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Diversity@unc.edu. If your completed submission requires minor updates, please promptly contact Diversity@unc.edu. You must resubmit instructions to the submission portal if the request requires extensive changes or updates. External requests will only be considered for social media advertising ( i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). UODI will not advertise external requests in the quarterly Diversity Newsletter.

Expedite Request Policy
