The Department of Psychiatry’s Promise Study invites assistant professors engaged in biomedical research who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian/Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian/other Pacific Islander or multiracial to participate in a research study comparing peer mentoring approaches for their positive impact on personal gains and longer-term career outcomes.
