WUNC Presents: Code Switching 101

Code switching, or the ability to effortlessly change between vernacular, dialects and accents, affects our work and community spaces every day. WUNC Radio has invited DEI instructor, Ashley Gaddy, to lead this interactive virtual event. Participants will learn about the history of code switching, why it has been a survival tactic for vulnerable populations, and how to foster a more authentic and inclusive culture by embracing difference.
