MSW/MPH Dual Degree Information Session

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Social Work and the Gillings School of Global Public Health are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that attracts qualified students with diverse backgrounds. Through a collaborative dual degree program, students can gain experience in evaluating and addressing the health needs of individuals and populations in a variety of settings. We invite prospective students, particularly those from underrepresented and minority communities, to learn more about the MSW and MPH Dual Degree.
The session will be held at the UNC School of Social Work, Tate-Turner-Kuralt Building, 325 Pittsboro Street, Chapel Hill, NC.
At the MSW/MPH Dual Degree Information Session, you will:
- learn about job opportunities in the field of public health social work
- hear from a panel of MSW/MPH alumni and current students
- receive information about application requirements and tips
- learn about funding opportunities for the MSW/MPH program
The Master of Social Work/Master of Public Health Dual Degree is an interdisciplinary program focusing on community, management, and policy practice and maternal and child health.
