Learning from Inequality in the History of Computing

April 11, 2019 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Dr. Marie Hicks, Associate Professor in the History of Technology at Illinois Institute of Technology, will discuss how diverse actors helped build the field of computing and will make the connection between past mistakes and current issues.
