Carolina’s Black Trailblazers: An Intergenerational Conversation “Campus Racial Climate and Visions for Social Equity

September 30, 2020 @ 4:30 pm

The first of a three webinars where members of Carolina’s Black alumni and students discuss various dimensions of Black Carolina life from the 1960’s-present. How have students across different generations experienced the racial climate at Carolina and what could a socially equitable campus look like? What does it mean to be Black and belong at Carolina and what are the spaces for Black student belonging? What can an inclusive and equitable UNC physical and social landscape look like? Join us as panelists address these questions and more in an unprecedented and timely conversation.
