Carolina Conversations: Leading and Managing in an Era of Certain Uncertainty

February 12, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

The world we live in today is VUCA — increasingly Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. Owing to a host disruptive demographic, economic, technological and geo-political forces, “certain-uncertainty” is the new normal! Given this state of affairs, a portfolio of new skills and tools is required to weather the turbulence that undergirds this new normal. Come learn about what you will need in your toolkit to survive, thrive and prosper in the current era of “certain-uncertainty.”

This month’s Carolina Conversations session will be facilitated by Dr. James Johnson, Jr., Distinguished Professor, Kenan-Flagler Business School

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in this conversation.

Refreshments will be provided. All you need to bring is an open mind!
