Carolina’s Black Trailblazers: An Intergenerational Conversation “Inclusion Across Carolina’s Landscape”

October 14, 2020 @ 4:30 pm

“Inclusion Across Carolina’s Landscape” is the third of IAAR’s webinar series where members of Carolina’s Black alumni and students discuss various dimensions of Black Carolina life from the 1960’s-present about a range of topics concerning the Black experience at Carolina. How have students across different generations experienced the racial climate at Carolina and what could a socially equitable campus look like? What does it mean to be Black and belong at Carolina and what are the spaces for Black student belonging? What can an inclusive and equitable UNC physical and social landscape look like? Join us as panelists address these questions and more in an unprecedented and timely conversation..
