UNC Cultural and Heritage Month Celebrations

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is committed to celebrating and recognizing traditions, history, and significant contributions of diverse cultures. As part of this celebration of diversity, Carolina departments and units host a variety of cultural programs and initiatives that educate the general public, form community, unite and inspire, and enriches the overall campus experience for the many Carolina students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and the larger and surrounding network of community members, visitors, and friends of the University. The following celebrations are national culture and heritage celebrations and observances traditionally and historically celebrated by universities, businesses, non-profits, and other major organizations:

Hispanic Heritage Month
